This class is created and delivered by Caroline Seyedi, using Sound Healing and Meditation and Frances Brooke, a qualified Yoga Teacher with many years experience.
During the class you will experience mindful movements to induce relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and acquire some skills to practice movement and resonance in your own time and space at home.
Classes are offered in a variety of venues which will be advertised; as well as for existing groups, schools and organisations on request.
The class consists of gentle mindful movements followed intermittently by sound healing with the use of gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks and pipes, bells, chimes, the voice and other calming and meditative sound healing instruments.
