I am qualified and accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association (CMA) as a Bach Flower Remedies & Essences Practitioner to create a personalised Bach Flower Remedy or Essence specifically for you. Each remedy or essence works on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
You can buy individual Bach Flower Remedies from the supermarket, chemists and other health stores but when I create your tincture, it is personalised to you and your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual requirements. Each remedy can contain up to 7 different Flower Remedies in one tincture and does not cost you 7 times the cost of purchasing them individually!
As each flower vibration works over the following 4-8 weeks, it raises your vibration, improves your mood and works with your personality type, your fixed habit of being and your every day emotions. You will start to notice a shift in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. When the shift is complete, you will sense a change in your mood, this means you have moved through one transformation and ready for a new remedy to move forward. We will review and update your remedy/essence between 4-8 weeks, or sooner if you notice a shift has taken place within you before your planned follow-up review.
